Campaign & Action for the SDG

SDG (Sustainable Development Goal) campaign was held at Community learning center in cox’s Bazar district.

The session was conducted by Mohammed Anos, a Change Maker from Cox’s Bazar district. About 25 students from the learning center participated in the session.

The Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) campaign for students aimed to raise awareness and foster active participation in addressing global challenges.

In the session, SDG (Sustainable Development Goal) campaign was held at Community learning center (Rohingya refugee camp) in cox’s Bazar district.

The session was conducted by Mohammed Anos, a Change Maker from Cox’s Bazar district. About 25 refugee and marginalized students from the learning center participated in the session.

The Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) campaign for students aimed to raise awareness and foster active participation in addressing global challenges.

In the session, it’s included interactive workshops, and activities that focused on key SDG themes such as quality education, climate action, gender equality, and good health and well-being. Students engaged in creative projects like poster-making, debates, and community outreach programs to deepen their understanding of the goals and their relevance to local and global contexts.

I explained the students vital and key points of SDG and what is SDG stand for, such Gender equality, good health and well-being, clean water and sanitation,and affordable and clean energy.

Motivationally, Anos said to students, ” Peace is not merely distant a goal, it’s the mean by which we arrive at the goal, and Education is the most powerful weapon that you can use to change the world.

At the end of the session, the students shared their experiences and pledged to be aware of protecting The earth.

The participated students appreciated the IYCM initiative and their incredible work for making a better world.
