Biography
I believe every young person deserves the opportunity to shape their future, every child deserves dignity and protection, and every community deserves the chance to thrive. These beliefs have guided my journey as a youth advocate and social change leader.
In 2012, I founded International Youth Change Maker (IYCM) in Bangladesh to empower young people, advance children’s rights and transform community concerns into meaningful action. As Founder and CEO, I have worked to promote youth leadership, child protection, climate justice, digital safety, mental well-being and sustainable development.
My vision is to create a world where young people are recognised as changemakers today, children grow up safely, and communities actively shape their futures. Through IYCM, I aim to strengthen local initiatives, build international partnerships and promote peace and cooperation across borders.
My leadership is grounded in service, inclusion, integrity and accountability. I believe lasting change happens when young people are equipped with the right skills, trusted with responsibility and given opportunities to lead.
My commitment remains simple: to protect children, empower young people and help build a peaceful, fair and sustainable world for future generations.
